What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and you find it to not match the original description, you may return the item in its original condition upon 3 days of receiving the product, (including all original packaging and tags), for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Once you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, we will send you by email a return FedEx label, which you can drop off to any FedEx drop off location.

We cannot accept returns on items that do not have Return Authorization number on the package. To see more details on how to return an item click here.

What is the status of my return?

Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed. To track the status of your return package back to our fulfillment center, keep the return tracking number from the FedEx return label included with your order. Track delivery at www.fedex.com

Shipping Methods (USA)

  • FedEx Ground Shipping - Orders shipped via FedEx Ground are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
  • USPS Express 1 Day Shipping - Orders shipped USPS Express 1 Day Shipping are usually delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST on a business day will usually be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will usually be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

What is the cost of shipping?

Rentmeahandbag offers low, flat-rate $10.95 U.S.A. FedEx ground shipping for the first item and $3.95 for each additional item purchase. For additional shipping information on other items such as housewares, cosmetics, and furniture click here for additional information about our shipping options.

For Canada customers we offer $25.95 USPS Express mail international with tracking for the first item and 3.95 for each additional. All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

 

For International customers we offer $39.95 USPS Express mail international with tracking for the first item and $5.95 for each additional. What is the cost of return shipping?

For your convenience, we offer FREE FedEx return labels by email to be shipped within the continental United States.

  • Complimentary Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping if you use our pre-paid return label and opt to return your merchandise. You may ONLY use this label if the product is sold and does not match the original description. Please contact us at luxury-designers@hotmail.com for request return label.
  • If you feel you like to return the item for any other reason we can send you a return label by FedEx for a fee of $6.95, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Use your Own Shipping Method: Of course, you may use the shipping method of your choice at your own expense (we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping method). In this case, no return shipping fees will be refunded.

Can I exchange an item?

Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our easy return shipping label. A fee of $6.95 for the return label and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We do offer store credit on special request, $6.95 return fee will still be charge but no restocking fee will apply. Do you offer discounts for being a member of Rentmeahandbag.com?

YES! If you rent items from our rental side and always have a rental out, then we can give you a promo code for 15% off your total purchase in our outlet store. Use your code for unlimited times, but you must always have a rental out for the discount to apply to your outlet orders.

What is your condition rating for items in the outlet store?

Many of our items condition do vary. It is important that you read and view the description carefully, so that you know what you are purchasing. In most cases Items are New but have store defects, other times the items can be used. To view our condition rating tables for our items click here.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. I put something in my shopping cart and it’s gone. Why?

If you choose to leave the site or if your shopping session times out, your shopping bag will retain your selections for one-hour. After an hour, merchandise is placed back onto our virtual shelves so other customers have the opportunity to make a purchase. It's just like a shopping cart in a store; if you left a retail store to have lunch and then returned later in the day, it is likely that the items in your cart will have been placed back on the shelves for other customers to purchase. Generally, once a product is sold out, it is unlikely that we will receive another shipment. Products that we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. However, every week we load new merchandise, so we suggest that you check the site regularly for your must-have item.
