We reserve the right to update, revise, and supplement these Terms of Use and Condition at any time. We may also decide to add new rules, policies or terms. Any such revisions, update or changes will be effective immediately with notification. The notification is made by posting such changes on this site. Your continued use of the Site after such notice shall be deemed your binding acceptance of such revisions. Notify us immediately to cancel your account if you do not agree to changes. Our Service allows registered members to access the Site for the purpose of renting items from RentMeAHandbag.com in accordance with these Terms of Use and Conditions. There are no registration fees. There are no membership fees! No domestic shipping fees. Members can choose up to two items from any collection in keeping with their subscription and keep those items for a monthly fee. Members can also return those items in exchange for another two items. Example: A member may choose one pair of shoes and one apparel item for a total of two items. Another member may choose one handbag and one pair of shoes. Yet another member may choose tw0 pairs of shoes. There are three subscription levels available arranged from the highest to the lowest: PLATINUM, GOLD and SILVER. Once you sign up for one of the subscriptions, your monthly rental fee charge will commence. You can rent the item for a month, a season, a year or as long as you want. You are charged whether you actually rent an item or not. The subscription levels are suitable for individuals or groups that have a need to continuously rent items. A subscriber to a higher level can also rent items from the lower levels at their current subscription level. Example: A platinum member can pick items from the Platinum collection, Gold and Silver Collections. However, a Gold Subscription member cannot pick an item from the Platinum Collection. (The RUNWAY collections are available for weekly rental on a per item charge and can be rented for as long as you want.) Another way to rent from us is the "Try it option. Registration is required but there is no registration or membership fee. There is a per item charge. The charge only starts when you initiate "Check out" of the item. This option allows you to rent one item at time for a week, a season, a year or as long as you want. You will be charged a weekly rental fee. This option is available for each of the four collections. This option is suitable for an individual or groups that want to rent one item at time for an occasion or general use. "Try it" option can be used to try items from the different subscription levels before deciding on one. Members, who are already subscribed to a collection, can also use the "Try It" option to rent another item. Contact us for approval if you need rent more than three items at a time. The membership subscription levels are contained on the site. Once you make your choice, your items are shipped to your address. We include shipping insurance to cover damage or loss during shipping. You are notified via E-mail once the item is shipped. You are responsible once the item is in your possession. You may choose to purchase optional insurance during checkout to cover for excessive wear or damage while the items are in your possession. Our shipping, and return policies are stated on this site.
You agree to allow RentMeAHandbag Inc to charge your credit card a replacement fee if the item is returned in a damaged condition or dirty condition beyond normal wear as determined by RentMeAHandbag Inc. This does not apply to those that purchased insurance from RentMeAHandbag Inc. The replacement fee depends on the individual item. We recommend the purchase of insurance if you believe excessive wear may result. You will be charged a replacement fee if the item is lost or stolen while in your possession. This replacement fee is determined by RentMeAHandbag Inc based, among other things, on the retail price and item usage.

You must return the same products you were sent. We have visible and invisible measures to ensure that the item you return is the same that was sent you.
Immediately upon shipment of any Product to you, after the item has left our storage and been received by the shipper, any and all liability for the Product's loss or damage passes to you, until it has been returned by you to us, and has been inspected and verified that it was returned in an acceptable condition.
To maintain our Free domestic shipping policy, You agree to use the packaging provided on delivery to return the product, and to ensure adequate protection.
Delivery time for rented items varies, depending on different factors including your address, Signature requirement, unforeseen circumstances in shipping service and other circumstances. We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number letting you know when your Product is shipped and the expected delivery time.

You are required to register in order to rent items from the site. You must be 18 years of age or older to rent from us. We may perform Identity Verification on all members for our security and for the security of the payment method account provided by you. We reserve the right to deny service if you do not meet our Identity Verification standards, or for any or no reason at our discretion. All items rented to you remain the property of RentMeAHandbag Inc unless otherwise specified. We will transfer ownership of items only if we receive full payment for them, and we reserve the right to deny any offer to purchase one of our items, or to deny you the right to rent any one of our items. You agree to provide current, correct and complete information as required in the registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that your E-mail, phone, credit card, shipping address and more are all current. You also agree to keep such information up to date. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have any reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse to offer you any and all current or future use of the Service and the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, password and access to your computer. You are entirely responsible for any activity related to your account. You agree to notify us immediately If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You also agree that RentMeAHandbag Inc will not be responsible for any loss from breach of account or password security. |
A credit card that you are authorized to use is required to rent from us. By signing up for the Service, you authorize RentMeAHandbag Inc or its agent to bill your credit card the applicable rental fees, (shipping charges FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY), and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service. The applicable rental fees will be charged to your credit card on the date your subscription and each month thereafter until you cancel the subscription. (Note: Your account is still good with us after canceling a subscription. You are only canceling the subscription to that collection) For members with monthly subscription rentals, Your payment method will be billed successively each month on the same calendar day of the month. If your monthly subscription membership starts on the 1st of January, then your next billing will be on the 1st of February, and then continue billing at the same rate for successive months until change in subscription type, cancellation or termination. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription. If your subscription starts on a calendar day not occurring in a following month, you will be billed on the latest possible day of that month, closest to your monthly billing date. For example, a membership commencing on the 31st of March would begin billing on the 30th of April. For members using "Try it" option, your weekly payment method will be billed immediately. The next billing cycle is 8 days after your order is shipped. Billing continues at the same rate and frequency until change in rental type, cancellation or termination.
There is continuous monthly Service Billing for members that are subscribed to any of the three subscription levels or Collections: PLATINUM, GOLD OR SILVER. "Try it" renters will be automatically billed on a continuous weekly basis until you return the item and all other terms are met. Your subscription membership will be automatically renewed, and your Payment Method will be automatically billed on a monthly basis, until such time as you cancel that subscription, change your subscription options, or we terminate your registration as outlined below. Your agreement to these Terms constitutes notice of, and your acceptance of, automatic renewal and automatic monthly or weekly billing as applicable. RentMeAHandbag Inc will bill the monthly subscription fee plus any applicable taxes to the Payment Method you provide us at registration, or to a different Payment Method should you change to another Payment Method, if and when such a method is acceptable to us.
By signing up for a rental subscription, you agree that RentMeAHandbag Inc is permitted to charge, debit, request funds from, as applicable, your Payment Method all corresponding subscription fees, insurance fees, replacement or damage fees, or any other fees arising from your use of and/or membership with RentMeAHandbag Inc. You agree that RentMeAHandbag Inc is not responsible for any additional bank fees, service charges, interest charges, overdraft charges, finance charges or any other fees you may incur resulting from the use of our service, or the Site.
If RentMeAHandbag Inc does not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. RentMeAHandbag Inc reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to using third party collection agencies. RentMeAHandbag Inc reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

Cancellation means ending your registration to our site, and no longer being able to rent or access our site. To cancel your access and membership to our service, a cancellation request must include both an e-mailed request to customercare@rentmeahandbag.com and tracking information for the return to us by you of any and all rented items. Upon receiving a complete request to cancel, and upon receipt all outstanding rented products on loan to you, or payment for any and all unreturned damaged products as set forth in this Agreement, RentMeAHandbag Inc will terminate your recurring rental and/or subscription fees. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY UNUSED PARTIAL monthly subscription fees. Within seven (7) days from the date you give us complete notice of cancellation as set forth above, We must receive delivery of any and all borrowed items, or you must satisfy any payments for any unreturned or damaged Products as stated in this Agreement. If the rented items are not returned, we will continue to bill your payment method. All replacement costs are determined at RentMeAHandbag Inc sole discretion. If you do not pay for the replacement cost of an outstanding product, we will continue to bill you for weekly or monthly fees until a replacement charge is paid for, and RentMeAHandbag Inc may use 3rd parties including, such as collection agencies or other services or individuals, to collect outstanding fees, unreturned products, replacement costs, or charges. NOTE: YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION and change to a "Guest Pass" to ensure your card is not being charged. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE CANCELED YOUR ACCESS TO OUR SITE. |

You agree to indemnify and hold RentMeAHandbag Inc, its shareholders, directors, officers, investors, or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees made by any third party due to or arising from the use, proximity, placement and/or handling of one of the rented items. Furthermore, you also agree to indemnify RentMeAHandbag Inc, its shareholders, directors, officers, investors, and employees for any damages or loss of any kind incurred by you due to or arising from as the use, proximity, placement, and/or handling of items rented to you. |
All content on the Site is property of RentMeAHandbag Inc or its Product Suppliers, and is protected by United States and International Copyright Laws. Such content includes, but is not limited to, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, diagrams, images, icons, buttons, video clips, audio clips, sound logos, digital downloads, data compilations, software, or any compilation of any of the above. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, offer for sale, create derivative works from, republish, reverse engineer, retransmit, copy, post, upload or otherwise use or exploit the content of the site including, but not limited to, the materials listed above, without our prior written consent.
