Frequently Asked Questions for Collections

If I sign up for a membership collection am I charged a monthly flat rate each month even if I have no items rented out?
Yes, you are charged each month until you cancel your subscription to the collection and have returned all your items. This does not cancel your account from our system. So when you are ready to rent again you can log back into your account and choose the collection you like to rent from. There are NO Monthly Charges for having a login user account with RentMeAHandbag.com just monthly collection rates.

If I sign up for a membership or for the free trial am I charged a shipping fee?
NO, Shipping is FREE to the USA ROUNDTRIP.
Shipping Rates apply to each International order; a flat rate of $39.95 each time you checkout for new items (customer is responsible for return shipping charges).

Do you include damage or lost insurance?
YES, we give $100.00 Additional shipping damage and lost insurance to each item you rent from us. Additional insurance can be purchase through checkout.

Wait List

We offer our customers to put items in their user closet that they would like to rent in the future when an item is not available to rent at that time. You can click on the Wait list button to be put on the list to rent that item next when it becomes available. We will send you updates by email on items you have on this list when items become available.

Wish List

We offer this option to our customers that like to put items in their user closet that they would like rent in the future but are not ready to rent the item. You can create your wish list and pick through the items you would like to rent. When you’re ready to rent these items they will be in your user closet.

Most of our collections of Handbags, Shoes, and Clothing items are in
top notch superb condition.

We go through all of our items to make sure they are New or Like New condition. Our Shoes are in NEW, Like New, and bottom sole used conditions. To keep all of our rentable items in good condition, we ask that you use the item gently and avoid from excessive use or wear and tear on the item that may cause damage. All of our clothing goes through excessive dry cleaning to be top notch condition.

If you love to get the most out of your rentals, you can purchase optional inexpensive insurance on your items in checkout. This option is for the individual that needs that added coverage for excessive wear. This is a one time optional charge each time you checkout for new items.
